Assistant Operator positions for a Jeffersonville manufacturing facility. 1-5 years experience in a chemical or food manufacturing plant-dryer or heavy packaging operation a plus. Good physical and manual dexterity required, lift 25-52#'s, stand for 8 hours. Basic mechanical ability, reading comprehension/math skills, basic computer skills. Must be able to drive a forklift. Certified Welding Inspector for a Jeffersonville fabrication shop. This company offers machining and engineering services as well as job shop fabrication for specialized parts. Must have CMI certification. Minimum 5 years experience. Must have ASME endorsement-Sections VIII, Section IX. Good physical and manual dexterity required for bending, stooping and lifting. Electronic Technician position located in Louisville. Involved in the application, installation, programming, start-up, repair and troubleshooting of industrial electronics, both field and bench. Includes both analog as well as digital electronics, AC and DC variable speed drives, and ranges from the replacement of discreet components to the integration of new digital drives. Assists in the planning of special applications per customer request. Further involvement into the predictive maintenance arena including on-site vibration analysis, thermography, electrical trend testing, tribology, laser alignment, field and shop dynamic balancing. Performs bench repair and service calls on a wide variety of circuit boards and subassemblies from all related fields of electronics. Performs an increasing amount of electronic operations including developing test procedures, wiring circuits, setting up test equipment, taking test readings using multimeters and oscilloscopes. Troubleshoots equipment utilizing a thorough understanding of OEM manuals and schematics. Performs joint service calls, interfaces with customers, technical support and problem solving. Associates degree in electronics or related field. 3 years industrial experience on AC and DC motor controls and PLC's. Level I certification in thermography and/or vibration analysis preferred. Maintenance mechanic position for a Jeffersonville manufacturing facility. Basic functions-preventive maintenance, mechanical repair, electrical repair, troubleshooting and new installations. Ability to diagnose machinery and equipment problems, perform inspections, greasing and testing of plant equipment. Must have experience in control circuit troubleshooting with a working knowledge of 3 phase electrical circuits. Experience with pumps, filters, welding and the use of power and hand tools required. Mechanical Designer/Project Manager-interviewing for immediate opening in Jeffersonville. Producing complete project release package for purchasing and fabrication. Working with customer, purchasing and shop to coordinate projects from start to finish. Producing submittal drawings and shop fabrication drawings of fabricated metal components from customer supplied general arrangement/project specification documents. 5+ years in related field. Strong managerial skills required to lead team. Proficiency with Solidworks 3D modeling software-Autodesk Inventor experience may be considered. Proficiency with Autocad and Microsoft Office application, particularly Excel. Associates degree in related engineering field. Mechanical Team Assistant position located in Louisville. Assist in all aspects of mechanical assembly, testing and shipping to include pulling parts from inventory, mechanical body work, painting, etc. Build wooden crates for shipping and may occasionally drive a company vehicle to pick up or deliver parts. Also has primary responsibility for facilities maintenance. Operate hand and power tools, forklift, cranes, hoists, pallet jacks and spray paint equipment.
