Supervise and/or perform all emergency and preventive maintenance, maintain all production lines, general plant/warehouse and supervise all outside contractors on site. Run conduit, pull wires and connect equipment on new installation. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfuntions to include motor controls, instrumentation, meters, electrical distribution. Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley, GE, etc.) Must utilize electrical/electronic troubleshooting and monitoring instrumentation and equipment. Installing, troubleshooting and repairing a vast array of pumps, compressors, HVAC systems and other paint manufacturing and filling equipment. 2 years industrial electrical/electronic experience. Ensure adherence to H&S and environmental practices. Develop preventative and predictive maintenance systems through the use of MP2 software and manufacturer's recommendations. Work with work order system, meet with outside vendors, purchase parts and meet budgetary requirements. Understand function of alarm systems and fire protection system.
